Adox Snap-On Filter 85B M58

Adox gelatin filters are an affordable way to broaden your creative horizon.
Filter type 85B converts the the light in a way that films for artificial light (Cinestill T800 for example) can be used at day light.

The teeth on the perimeter of the filter are snapped into the filter thread of the lens. No filter holder, like for other gelatin filters, is necessary. The small protrusion on the side allows for easy removal.

The filters are made with the high quality Cibachrome® pigments and barely fade after prolonged use.

The filters are water proof. Rain drops or short washing are no problem.

If this film is used with Cinestill T800 and you do not measure light through the lens, the ISO should be adjusted to 400/27°. You do this, because the filter lets less light reach the film. Since the filter factor is 2, only half the light reaches the film, compared to the situation without filter.

This filter is for lenses with a diameter of 43mm (M43). You can see the diameter of the lens either directly printed on the lens or inside the lens cap.
